How to choose a birthstone
Most people choose the stone of their own birth month. For a gift, people often choose the birthstone of the person receiving it. Mums and grandmothers also love to bring their children's or grandchildren's stones together on one piece of jewellery: each colour represents a member of the family.
Our stones: high-quality zircon
Every piece is set with high-quality zircon, chosen for its beauty and durability:
- Brilliance close to a diamond: precisely cut, it catches the light and sparkles with every movement.
- Scratch-resistant: very hard, it keeps its shine even when worn every day.
- Intense, lasting colour: the shade of each birthstone is faithfully reproduced and does not fade over time.
- Lifetime guarantee: like all our jewellery.
That is what lets you wear the colour of your month, or those of your whole family, on a piece made to last.
Frequently asked questions
What is the birthstone for December?
December has several: blue topaz, tanzanite and blue zircon. All of them are blue, from the lightest to the deepest shade.
Why do some months have more than one birthstone?
The modern birthstone list was drawn up in 1912 by the American National Association of Jewelers and has been added to over the years. Some months therefore have several stones, such as June (pearl, moonstone, alexandrite) or October (opal, tourmaline). We have chosen one colour per month to make your choice easier.
Can you wear more than one birthstone?
Yes. A bracelet or necklace can bring several stones together, for example those of your children. It makes a lovely Mother's Day gift.
What stones do you use?
We use high-quality zircon in the colour of each birthstone. It offers a brilliance close to a diamond, resists scratches and keeps its colour over time. All our jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee.
