Refund policy
At Charles René, we place great importance on the quality of our creations and your satisfaction.
Personalized Products
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized products (engraved jewelry, custom creations, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if your item shows a manufacturing defect or an engraving error on our part, we commit to sending you a new identical product at no additional cost.
Non-Personalized Products
For non-personalized products, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 business days using the original method of payment.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@charlesrene.com, specifying the following:

The reason for the return
We will then provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Exceptions
No refund will be issued for items that are damaged or used after receipt.
In the event of a defective product or personalization error, you will be asked to provide clear photos of the item so that our team can validate the claim.
