Personalized jewelry, on the other hand, is designed, engraved and assembled by hand before shipping within 4 to 10 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible here. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, however, that there is a very short window for making these changes and that it cannot be guaranteed.
For personalized items, unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it is being prepared. We therefore recommend that you carefully check your personalization choices and your delivery information before confirming your order.
Returns & exchanges policy
For any return or exchange request, please contact us here and include photos of your unworn jewelry.
• Personalized jewelry (engravings, custom-made pieces) as well as soldered bracelets are non-refundable.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.
• You have 14 days from receipt to request a refund.
• Return shipping costs are at your expense. Standard shipping is sufficient, but we cannot be held responsible if the return parcel is lost.
• Exchanges are possible subject to availability.
• If an item is defective, you can return it for a refund within 14 days. An item is considered defective if it does not conform to its intended use.
Shipping costs & delivery times
Standard products (non-personalized): shipped within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation.
Personalized products (engravings, custom-made pieces): an additional 4 to 6 business days are needed for personalization, on top of the standard shipping time.

The order confirmation is sent automatically as soon as your purchase is validated. Please check your “spam” or “junk” folders if you can't find the email.
