At Charles René, we do everything possible to deliver your jewelry quickly while ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing and Delivery Times

Standard products (non-personalized): shipped within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation.

Personalized products (engraving or custom creations): please allow an additional 4 to 6 business days for personalization, in addition to the standard shipping time.

Peak periods (e.g., holiday season): due to a high volume of orders, delivery times may exceptionally extend up to 24 business days.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and vary depending on the destination address and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
Possible Delays
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or exceptional circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, customs procedures, etc.).
