Terms of sale

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern sales concluded between:

The company NOCNOT, publisher of the website www.charlesrene.com,
and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website (hereinafter “the Customer”).

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Photographs, illustrations, and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping fees.
Charles René reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

The Customer confirms their order after accepting these GTC.
The sale becomes final once payment has been confirmed.
Charles René reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute, anomaly, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

The accepted payment methods are those indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

6. Delivery

  • Standard (non-personalized) products: delivery within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Personalized products: allow an additional 4 to 6 business days for customization.

  • Peak periods (e.g., holiday season): delivery times may extend up to 24 business days.

In the event of a delay, Charles René cannot be held responsible for causes beyond its control (carrier delays, customs, strikes, etc.).

7. Withdrawal & Returns

  • Non-personalized products: the Customer has 30 days from receipt of the order to request a return or refund.

  • Personalized products: in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, these cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or engraving errors.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, except in the case of an error attributable to Charles René.

8. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for order processing and is handled in compliance with the GDPR.
Customers may exercise their rights of access, correction, and deletion by writing to: contact@charlesrene.com.

10. Applicable Law & Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
