Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that there is only a very short window to make such changes, and they cannot be guaranteed.
For personalized items, unfortunately, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it is in preparation. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing your customization choices and shipping details before confirming your order.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
For any return or exchange request, please contact us and include photos of your unworn jewelry.
• Personalized jewelry (engravings, custom creations) and welded bracelets are non-refundable.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be refunded.
• You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Standard shipping is sufficient, but we cannot be held responsible in case of loss of the return parcel.
• Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.
• If an item is defective, you may return it for a refund within 14 days. An item is considered defective if it does not meet its intended use.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Times
Standard products (non-personalized): shipped within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation.
Personalized products (engravings, custom creations): please allow an additional 4 to 6 business days for personalization, in addition to the standard shipping time.
I haven’t received my confirmation email — what should I do?
The order confirmation is sent automatically as soon as your purchase is confirmed. Please check your spam or junk mail folders if you can’t find the email.
